What we collect

When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect only what's needed to respond to your enquiry: your name, email, optional phone number, learner type, preferred package, preferred start date, preferred pickup area, and your message. We do not ask for a driver's licence number, Social Insurance Number, date of birth, or health information through this website.

Children and teen learners

If an enquiry is submitted on behalf of a teen learner, we require a parent or guardian consent checkbox before the form can be submitted. We do not knowingly collect personal information about minors beyond what a parent or guardian provides to respond to that enquiry.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, if you opt in separately, to send occasional updates by email under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — this requires your explicit, unchecked-by-default opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How we store it

Form submissions are sent by email to our enquiries inbox via a transactional email provider and are not stored in a public database. We retain enquiry records for up to 12 months unless the enquiry becomes a confirmed booking, in which case it's kept as part of your customer record.

Third parties

We use a transactional email provider to deliver form notifications, a CAPTCHA provider to prevent spam submissions, and (if enabled) a booking widget provider to manage scheduling. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you and request its correction or deletion. Send us a message with "Privacy Request" in the message field, or call +1-905-515-1196.
